Policy
Silverline Property Management LLC operates in compliance with State and Federal Fair Housing guidelines. As a result, no person shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap, familial status or sexual preference.
Occupancy Policy
Occupancy is based upon the number of household members per rental unit. A rental unit (apartment) is defined as space in the premises used for sleeping with a minimum of one window and one closet. Two persons per bedroom plus one are allowed.
Pet Policy
2701 welcomes your pets. Our homes accommodate up to two pets per home. Breed restrictions apply and pets must be 1+ years old. Please contact for more information. Pet Rent: $40 per pet per month
Rental Requirements
1. All applicants will be required to qualify individually or as per specific criteria areas. 2. All persons over the age of 18 are required to apply for residency. 3. A non-refundable screening fee required for submitted application. 4. If unfavorable information for any individual applicant is received, all applicants for the household may be denied. 5. Any inaccurate or fraudulent data on the applications may result in denial. 6. Once the rental deposit is paid, equivalent to (1) one months rent, the unit will be taken off the market. To secure the desired rental unit, this rental deposit should be paid within 24 hours of applicant approval.
